Sturtevant’s Annual Race Day
Here is the announcement from Sturtevant's:
Winter is finally upon us! We would like to invite you to Sturtevant’s Annual Race Day event on Saturday, October 10th from 10am-3pm. We will have Vendor Representatives present from all of the top brands. The reps will have product samples available to assist with placing special orders. Current in-store race products are very limited. Most products will be special ordered, based on vendor availability, with a later delivery date.
With this event structure, as we have done in the past, we are asking all race coaches to attend the race day event to ensure that their athletes are properly equipped with the appropriate gear. We will have staff available to assist, but your presence is critically important.
With this Race Day format, it is very important that race families are present to order on October 10th. It is also important to note that there will be minimal ability to retroactively change or cancel orders as we will place order with the vendors promptly. Some vendors ship quicker than others, so while we try to get product as quickly as possible, occasionally some equipment doesn’t show up before the snow does.
