Crystal Mountain Summer Clean-up

Time to put the annual Crystal Mountain Summer Clean-up on your calendar. This is a

great opportunity to give a little back to the mountain that gives us so much.

We’ll meet at 10:00 at the bottom of the Mt. Rainier Gondola. Crystal Mountain will

supply us with trash bags and a ride to the top. At the summit we’ll discuss which areas

need to be covered during the day and places where trash bags can be dropped off on

the way down. We’ll reconvene at the base lodge at 3:00 to compare treasures and

enjoy a BBQ hosted by Crystal Mountain.

All you need to bring are the usual items for a day on the mountain in late July. Sun

screen, water, bug repellant and rain gear. Dogs on leashes are welcome!

This event is open to everyone who enjoys the mountains and wants to help keep them

clean. It’s amazing how much trash we collect each year proving the importance of this

annual event.
